Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai Creek Harbour is a 6-square-kilometre Emaar and Dubai Holding masterplan on the banks of Dubai Creek. Launched 2014, built in phases. The plan includes 24 residential districts, 7 yacht marinas, a central park and Dubai Square (a mall larger than Dubai Mall). Dubai Creek Tower — a planned 1,300-metre skyscraper meant to take the height record from Burj Khalifa — was also planned here (construction paused since 2020). Already delivered: Address Harbour Point, Creek Beach, Creek Edge, Vida Residences, Harbour Gate, The Cove. Prices run 25–35% below Downtown at comparable Emaar quality.
