Creek Rise is a residential development by Emaar Properties on Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour. It consists of two high-rise towers with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of 72 to 152 m², and, according to the engineering firm Dar, a series of townhouses interlocking with a podium. Dar places the project directly in front of the central park of the Dubai Creek Harbour island.
In August 2018 Emaar listed Creek Rise, with 543 apartments, among the projects under way on Creek Island, reporting work at about 15% complete and handovers planned throughout 2020. Dar, which names Emaar Properties as its client, states that it provided architectural design and construction supervision and lists the project as completed. Emaar mentions temperature-controlled pools for residents, a gym and a children's play area.
