The Grand at Creek Harbour

The Grand is a residential tower by Emaar Development, the build-to-sell business of Emaar Properties, near the centre of Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour, a development near the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Emaar announced it in March 2018 as a 62-storey building and set the start of sales for 8 March 2018. The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) lists the completed tower with 64 floors above ground and two below, and gives 2022 as the completion year.

The tower was announced with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom penthouses and townhouses with private gardens on the podium level. Emaar's announcement listed an infinity pool, a gym, a tennis court, a sports lawn and a rooftop lounge, with access to the waterfront promenade and a marina for yachts.
