Creekside 18

Creekside 18 is a waterfront residential project by Emaar Properties in the Island district of Dubai Creek Harbour, the master development by Emaar in a joint venture with Dubai Holding. It consists of two residential towers of 37 storeys each, with 480 residential units in total; the towers also contain penthouses, technical floors and commercial units. Reports at launch and in 2017 described one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, while Emaar's current project page lists two to four bedrooms.
Emaar launched the project in September 2015. In 2017 it awarded the main construction contract to Al Naboodah Construction Group, which began works that year; the contract covered the two towers, external works and landscaping. CTBUH lists both towers, Creekside 18 Tower 1 and Tower 2, as completed in 2019.
