Dubai Creek Residences
Emaar Properties · Dubai Creek Harbour
Dubai Creek Residences is a group of six residential towers in The Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour, developed by Emaar Properties. The towers are arranged in a northern and a southern cluster; CTBUH lists North Towers 1–3 and South Towers 1–3 with 37, 32 and 27 floors respectively, and completion in 2019. Emaar places the Vida Creek Harbour hotel between the two clusters. The project has 872 homes with one to three bedrooms.
The cluster was the first phase of Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons, a joint development of Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding; sales began in November 2014. Emaar appointed the Dubai-based contractor Al Basti & Muktha to build the towers. In August 2018 Emaar reported construction nearly 90 per cent complete, with handover planned for the first quarter of 2019.
