Valia

Valia is a residential project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar marks it as newly launched and lists it among the recently launched projects in the community. According to the developer, it stands opposite a retail and entertainment hub, with a canal and the planned Blue Line Metro on the other side.

The project offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Emaar describes a facade of high glazing and aluminium cladding, gives every unit its own balcony and orients units towards the Creek, the city skyline or the community park. The developer's list of facilities includes adult and children's swimming pools, a padel court, a yoga deck, an outdoor fitness area, a splash pad, play zones, a barbecue area, a private cabana and a communal lawn.
