Summer is a low-rise residential cluster by Emaar in the Creek Beach district of Dubai Creek Harbour, offering one- to three-bedroom apartments. It was brought to market after the Breeze, Sunset and Bayshore clusters, and before Surf at Creek Beach, which Emaar launched in June 2019.
The engineering consultancy SSH lists Summer among its Creek Beach District projects, naming Emaar as the client and describing its own role as lead consultant, architectural partner, structural engineer and building services provider.
