Grove

Grove is a residential project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Creek Harbour. According to Emaar's project page, it consists of five buildings with one- to three-bedroom apartments, and the page links it to the pedestrian-friendly setting of Creek Beach. The amenities Emaar lists are a community pool with a children's pool, a fully equipped gym, a large outdoor play area, a multi-purpose community room and an inner plaza.

In its May 2026 investor presentation, Emaar Development listed the project as "DC Grove" with 262 units among its completed joint-venture projects in Dubai Creek Harbour, a table that covers completed projects with remaining inventory or collections. The presentation gives no completion date.
