Vida Residences Creek Beach is a residential tower by Emaar Properties in the Creek Beach district of Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar opened sales on 5 December 2019, presenting one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in a tower adjacent to the Vida Creek Beach Hotel, with architecture inspired by the Moorish style of Alhambra, Seville and Cordoba. Emaar described it as the first high-rise building in the Creek Beach district.
The developer listed a 24-hour concierge, a gym, private courtyards and barbecue areas, access to a 300-metre private beach and to the Creek Marina, and access to the hotel's facilities for residents.
CTBUH lists the tower as part of the Dubai Creek Beach complex together with the Vida Creek Beach hotel: construction started in 2020 and was completed in 2023, at 170 m with 37 floors above ground. CTBUH names Engineering Contracting Company L.L.C as main contractor.
