Sunset is a residential project by Emaar beside Creek Beach in Dubai Creek Harbour, launched in November 2018 with one- to four-bedroom apartments. It is the second residential cluster of the Creek Beach District, after Breeze. At launch it was reported as three low- to mid-rise buildings on a shared podium, two in a contemporary style and the third in an Arabesque style, with amenities including a swimming pool and a planned pedestrian bridge to Creek Island.
The engineering firm SSH is lead consultant on Sunset; its scope also covers the roles of architectural partner, structural engineer and building services provider. According to SSH, the apartments sit closer to the beach than any other building in the district. In October 2023 SSH announced the completion of Phases 1 and 2 of Dubai Creek Beach, naming Sunset among the district’s clusters without stating which phase it belongs to.
