Address Harbour Point is a two-tower development by Emaar Properties at the edge of the Island District in Dubai Creek Harbour, on the Dubai Creek waterfront. Emaar launched sales of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in September 2017; at launch, both towers were to be operated by Address Hotels + Resorts, with one tower housing a hotel and serviced residences. The towers stand on either side of a boulevard and are linked by a bridge.
CTBUH records the towers as Address Grand Creek Harbour Tower 1 and Tower 2: Tower 1, a hotel and serviced-apartment building, is 225.8 m tall with 55 floors; Tower 2, a residential building, is 266 m tall with 66 floors. Both were completed in 2022. The design architect was Yazdani Studio, with KEO International Consultants as architect of record and structural engineer, and Al Shaffar General Contracting Company as main contractor.
The hotel opened as Address Grand Creek Harbour, announced by Address Hotels + Resorts in January 2023, with 223 rooms and suites, an infinity pool, a spa and a fitness centre.
