Palace Residences is a branded residential project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar launched sales on 7 January 2019, describing one- to four-bedroom apartments serviced on demand by Address Hotels + Resorts, on the promenade near Creek Marina and Creek Beach and within walking distance of Dubai Square.
According to the launch announcement, the residences sit next to the 121-room Palace Dubai Creek Harbour hotel, and the hotel and the residences are housed in two 44-storey towers above the Creek Canal and Creek Beach. Facilities named by Emaar include a rooftop infinity-edge pool and a gym.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the building as Palace Residences at Dubai Creek Harbour, part of the Palace Dubai Creek Harbour complex: serviced apartments, 46 floors above ground, designed by Godwin Austin Johnson, developed by Emaar Properties and completed in 2023.
