Altan is a residential project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Creek Harbour. It combines high-rise apartments with one to three bedrooms and three-bedroom townhouses. Emaar describes a design with large glazed surfaces, aluminium cladding and private balconies; the townhouses have roof terraces facing parks, and the developer says locally sourced materials are used.
In July 2026 ECC Contracting announced that Emaar had appointed it to build Altan together with the Albero project, in the North Gateway District of Dubai Creek Harbour. The developer's facility list includes a gymnasium, a multipurpose hall, swimming pools for adults and children, a multi-sport court and a running track.
