Mangrove is a residential project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Creek Harbour, a short distance from Creek Beach and close to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Emaar lists a community pool, a children's pool, barbecue areas, an outdoor play area and a co-working space.
In its May 2026 investor presentation, Emaar Development listed Mangrove with 135 units among its completed joint-venture projects in Dubai Creek Harbour, a table that covers completed projects with remaining inventory or collections. The presentation gives no completion date.
