Surf at Creek Beach is a low-rise residential neighbourhood by Emaar in Dubai Creek Harbour, launched in June 2019. It offers one- to three-bedroom apartments and sits a few steps from Creek Beach, following the earlier Breeze, Sunset, Bayshore and Summer residences in the same Creek Beach area.
The launch release placed it near Creek Marina, within walking distance of the planned Dubai Creek Tower and Dubai Square, next to a Vida hotel, with a pedestrian bridge to Creek Island. Listed amenities include adults' and children's pools, a gym, a community room, a children's play area, barbecue areas and podium-level parking.
