Harbour Gate

Harbour Gate is an Emaar residential development on Creek Island, the Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour. It consists of two stepped high-rise towers joined by a podium, on the eastern side of the district, with views over the parkland and the waters of Dubai Creek.
Emaar opened sales on 18 February 2017; Gulf News reported it as the developer's first off-plan launch of that year. The homes are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, together with six penthouses and six townhouse duplexes at podium pool-deck level, and a communal rooftop terrace.
SSH was lead consultant, providing design and construction supervision. In July 2018 foundation works on the site were reported to be making substantial progress, and in August 2018 Emaar reported about 15% of construction complete across a group of its Creek Island projects that included Harbour Gate; handover was planned for 2020, throughout the year (developer, announced 2018).
