17 Icon Bay
Emaar Properties · Dubai Creek Harbour
17 Icon Bay is a residential tower by Emaar Properties in the Island District (Creek Island) of Dubai Creek Harbour, by the tip of the Central Park neighbourhood. Emaar launched sales on 29 August 2017, when the community was a joint venture with Dubai Holding. The 43-storey tower has about 300 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms.
In December 2018 Emaar awarded the main construction contract to Trojan General Contracting. The project appears in the portfolio of the Dubai studio of Perkins Eastman, which lists Emaar as the client and describes a shared ground-level podium with retail and food-and-beverage space on the ground floor.
According to Emaar, residents have a swimming pool, fitness facilities, children's play areas and a landscaped leisure deck, with communal areas on a first-floor podium.
