When planning Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar decided to avoid Downtown's pattern — high-rise only. The Cove became part of the district's 'human-scale' zone: 21 floors maximum, plus townhouses at ground level right by the water. This created contrast with DCH's remaining high-rise development.

02Construction2018 — 2022 · CONSTRUCTION

Construction ran 2018–2022. Townhouses sold first — within 6 months of launch (waterfront format with a private patio is uncommon in Dubai). Apartments moved slower but by delivery the object was 85% sold.

03Life today2022 — TODAY · LIFE

Today The Cove is one of DCH's most sought-after family addresses. Townhouses practically don't appear on the secondary market (owners hold for personal use). Residents are predominantly families with children valuing the waterfront character and proximity to Hartland schools.
