The Cove

The Cove is a residential community by Emaar on Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour. The architect, Broadway Malyan, describes it as one of nine districts in the Dubai Creek Harbour masterplan and as a mid-rise, mixed-use development of ten buildings with retail and food-and-beverage space on a 46,000 m² site.
According to the architect, the community is being delivered in two phases and the project is listed as ongoing; the first phase includes two-storey townhouses, mid-rise waterfront apartments and a residential tower. Emaar presents the current phase as the next chapter of the development, with apartments, duplexes and townhouses.
