Breeze

Breeze is a residential project by Emaar in the Creek Beach district of Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar presented it in October 2018 as the first residential offering in the district, with private beach access, a boardwalk and an infinity pool; sales began on 13 October 2018. The launch release described one- to three-bedroom residences mostly facing the courtyard and green plazas, and four-bedroom penthouses facing the waterfront canal.

SSH, lead consultant on the Creek Beach District master plan, describes Breeze as three clusters of one- to four-bedroom apartments and lists a private courtyard with barbecue facilities, a private pool, a gym and a large play area. In October 2019 SSH reported that construction of the cluster was imminent. In October 2023 SSH announced the completion of Phases 1 and 2 of Dubai Creek Beach, naming Breeze among the district's clusters without stating which phase it belongs to; the sources found do not give a completion or handover date for Breeze itself.
