Creek Edge

Creek Edge is a residential development by Emaar Properties at the northern tip of Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour, close to the Address Harbour Point hotel. Emaar unveiled it in April 2019 with two towers of 40 and 20 storeys holding 560 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus a limited number of waterfront duplex townhouses on the podium level. Dubai Media Office listed Creek Edge among Emaar Development's notable launches of 2019.
The towers are joined by a landscaped podium, which according to Emaar holds a gym, a multipurpose room, a children's play area, a swimming pool, barbecue pits, a Zen/yoga area and cabanas, and connects to the promenade. Emaar describes the towers as terraced and stepping. The design is credited to the consultancy U+A.
