Select Group

Select Group is a real estate developer headquartered in Dubai. According to the company, it was established in 2002 and works across the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Europe. Rahail Aslam was named as the group's CEO in reports from 2016 to 2024; the company's website now lists him as chairman, and a July 2026 company announcement gives Israr Liaqat as Group CEO.

Khaleej Times reported in 2016 that the company had been developing in Dubai Marina since 2005. Its projects there include The Torch, a 79-storey residential tower completed in 2011, and Marina Gate, a three-tower development whose first tower was handed over in 2018 and whose third tower is Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. In 2016 it launched Studio One, a 31-storey tower that Khaleej Times described as its 14th project in Dubai Marina.

In March 2024 Select Group and Six Senses announced Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, a 122-storey tower that the developer aims to make the world's tallest residential tower. In July 2026 the company reported completing Six Senses Residences The Palm on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, described as the first residential development in the Middle East and North Africa to carry the Six Senses brand. The company also lists Peninsula in Business Bay among its ongoing projects and 98 Baker Street in London among its completed ones.
