Peninsula Three
Peninsula Three is a residential tower in Peninsula, Select Group's waterfront development in Business Bay. Select Group launched it in March 2022 as the fourth residential release of the masterplan, describing a 49-storey tower with a viewing deck on the 50th floor; CTBUH lists 50 floors above ground and one below. The apartments are studios and one- and two-bedroom units, and the tower was designed by Killa Design.
In January 2023 Select Group named ECC Group (Engineering Contracting Company) as the contractor for Peninsula Three. According to CTBUH, construction began in 2023 and the tower was completed in 2025; Select Group states that it was completed in Q4 2025.
