«Marina's entrance needs a 'gateway' residential complex. It's the first thing guests see when they arrive.»

SELECT GROUP · 2012 BRIEF

In 2010 Select Group acquired a large plot at the very entrance to Dubai Marina — where the marina meets the open sea. By then this was one of the last free 'gateway' positions in the district. The concept: three towers of differing heights and stylistics, forming the visual 'gates' of Marina when approached from sea or coastal road.

02Three-tower build2013 — 2019 · CONSTRUCTION

Construction proceeded in phases: Tower 1 — 2013–2017, Tower 2 — 2014–2018, Tower 3 — 2015–2019. This let Select Group distribute load and test demand: after Tower 1's sales success, a partnership with Jumeirah was negotiated for Tower 3, turning it into the most expensive hotel-branded residence in the complex.
