Nautica is a residential development by Select Group in Dubai Maritime City, a man-made peninsula between Port Rashid and Dubai Drydocks World. Select Group launched the project in 2023. It consists of two identical towers, Nautica One and Nautica Two, each with 328 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
At the launch, the developer gave expected completion as the fourth quarter of 2026. Residents' facilities are on the sixth-level podium of each tower and, according to Select Group, include a 260 m² infinity pool, cardio and strength gyms, an outdoor gym, a padel court, a 3-on-3 basketball court and a yoga deck.
