Peninsula Five, The Signature Collection
Peninsula Five, The Signature Collection is a residential project by Select Group within its Peninsula waterfront masterplan in Business Bay. It consists of a 36-storey tower with 321 units, from studios to three-bedroom semi-penthouses, and two standalone blocks on the Dubai Canal waterfront with 60 duplex residences of one to four bedrooms — 381 units in total, according to the developer's launch announcement.
Select Group launched the project in January 2022 as the first development in its Signature Collection, with completion then planned for Q4 2024. CTBUH records construction of the tower and both six-storey waterfront blocks as starting in 2022 and finishing in 2025. In May 2025 Middle East Construction News reported that the handover of Peninsula Five had been completed.
