Peninsula One
Peninsula One is the first development within Peninsula, Select Group's mixed-use master development on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. It comprises a 36-storey tower with 433 apartments, mainly studios and one-bedroom units, together with 15 podium simplexes and 70 waterfront simplexes spread over six floors, for a total of 518 units. Unit types range from studios to three-bedroom homes.
Select Group announced the start of construction on Peninsula in October 2021, with Peninsula One, Peninsula Two and the company's headquarters forming the first phase. In January 2022 the developer awarded the construction contract for the first phase to China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East; at that time completion was targeted for the fourth quarter of 2024.
According to CTBUH, the tower is 135.3 m tall with 36 floors above ground and two below, was designed by Khatib & Alami and was completed in 2024; the six-storey waterfront building, Peninsula One Waterfront A, was completed in 2025. In May 2025 Select Group stated that Peninsula One was scheduled for handover in early July 2025.
