The EDGE
The EDGE is a Select Group residential project in Business Bay, located where the district meets Downtown Dubai. It consists of two towers, Tower A and Tower B, with 1,030 units across both and a built-up area of about 1.423 million sq ft, according to the developer's 2024 announcement. The developer's page lists one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The project was designed by Killa Design. Enabling works were carried out by Pinnacle International Piling Foundation, and in February 2024 Select Group announced the award of the main construction contract to Engineering Contracting Company (ECC). Completion was then planned for Q4 2026.
The developer lists a podium-level leisure deck of more than 61,000 sq ft with a gym, infinity pool, outdoor gym, padel and pickleball/basketball courts and a barbecue area, as well as a co-working space, games room and social lounge.
