Peninsula Four, The Plaza
Peninsula Four, The Plaza is the final component of Peninsula, Select Group's waterfront master community on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. It comprises two 52-storey residential towers, 16 three- and four-bedroom waterfront duplex lofts, a medium-rise commercial office building and a community plaza intended for cafés, restaurants and shops. The towers contain studios, one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Select Group launched the project in October 2022. BSBG was the design architect and structural engineer; CTBUH lists Dubai Consultants as architect of record. In September 2023, after excavation, shoring and piling had been completed, Select Group awarded the main construction contract to Al Basti & Muktha LLC. The developer's announcement put the project at 1,025 units on a site of 320,000 ft².
According to CTBUH, construction of the East and West towers began in 2023 and both were completed in 2026, each 208.1 m tall with 52 floors above ground and two below. Select Group states that the project was completed in Q2 2026.
