15 Northside
15 Northside is a residential development in Business Bay on the Dubai Canal, and Select Group's fifteenth development. It was the developer's first project in Business Bay. Select Group acquired the partly built project in February 2021, when construction was reported to be almost 50% complete.
The developer describes 349 apartments over 21 floors, from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom units and a small number of four-bedroom apartments. At the 2021 launch, completion was planned for Q3 2022; Select Group now lists the project as completed.
