Jumeirah Living Business Bay
Jumeirah Living Business Bay is a residential tower developed by Select Group in partnership with Jumeirah Group, which operates it under its Jumeirah Living brand. It stands in Peninsula, Select Group's waterfront master development in Business Bay on the Dubai Canal. The project was launched in August 2022 under the name Jumeirah Living Residences Business Bay; the two companies had earlier partnered on Jumeirah Living Marina Gate in Dubai Marina.
The tower has 35 floors above ground and two below, with 82 residences: two- to four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom penthouses and a full-floor five-bedroom penthouse on the top floor. Killa Design was the design architect and Dubai Consultants the architect of record; the main contractor was Al Basti & Muktha LLC.
According to CTBUH, construction began in 2023 and the tower was completed in 2026. At launch, completion had been planned for Q4 2025.
