Peninsula Two
Peninsula Two is a residential tower in Peninsula, Select Group's master development on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay. The 36-storey tower contains 439 apartments, ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom units, and adjoins a community mall of about 66,000 ft².
Select Group launched Peninsula Two in November 2021 as part of the first phase of Peninsula, with completion then scheduled for Q4 2024 (developer, announced 2021). In January 2022 the developer awarded China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East the main construction contract for the first phase, which covered Peninsula One and Peninsula Two. CTBUH lists Khatib & Alami as design architect and structural engineer.
According to CTBUH, construction began in 2022 and the tower was completed in 2026, with 36 floors above ground and two below. Select Group states that the project was completed in Q2 2026.
