Artistry Two Residences

Artistry Two Residences is a residential tower by Select Group in Dubai Design District (d3). The developer announced it in February 2026 as its second tower in the district after Artistry One Residences, sharing that project's architectural language and proportions. It offers one- to three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplex penthouses, two of them with private rooftop terraces and pools. The developer lists the project as off-plan, with handover planned for 2029.

The architect, Woods Bagot, describes Artistry Residences as two towers for Select Group in the Creekside District of d3, angled towards the Burj Khalifa, with wraparound balconies and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The developer's facility list includes an infinity lap pool on the 22nd floor, a gym and training studio, a sauna, steam room and ice baths, padel courts, residents' lounges and co-working areas.
