Bay Central

Bay Central is a Select Group development on the Dubai Marina waterfront with direct access to Marina Walk. It consists of three towers on a shared podium, with a built-up area of more than 1.3 million sq ft. According to Select Group, the West and Central towers hold 747 residential units, while the East tower houses the InterContinental Dubai Marina hotel.
CTBUH lists the residential towers as Bay Central 1, also known as Bay West (155 m, 42 floors), and Bay Central 2 (180 m, 50 floors); construction began in 2009 and both were completed in 2012. The hotel tower, Bay Central 3 (162.5 m, 41 floors), was completed in 2015; CTBUH names National Engineering Bureau as its architect of record and General Construction Company as its main contractor.
IHG and Select Group signed the agreement for InterContinental Dubai Marina in September 2012. The hotel opened in 2015 with 132 rooms and 196 serviced residential suites.
