Omniyat

Omniyat is a Dubai-based property developer established in 2005. Its founder and executive chairman is Mahdi Amjad.

Its projects include The Opus in Dubai, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, and One at Palm Jumeirah, which carries the Dorchester Collection name; Gulf News reported its completion in February 2022. Gulf News also described Omniyat as one of the first local developers to be associated with Zaha Hadid on project designs.

In Marasi Bay the company developed The Lana, a hotel and residences operated by Dorchester Collection and designed by Foster + Partners, and later began the handover of The Lana Residences. In 2023 Omniyat acquired Marasi Bay Marina, which Gulf News called its first such acquisition.
