AVA at Palm Jumeirah

AVA at Palm Jumeirah is a residential tower by Omniyat at the entrance to Palm Jumeirah, next to the developer's One at Palm Jumeirah. Omniyat launched it in March 2022 with a drone show, at the same time as it delivered One at Palm Jumeirah, and described it as its second project on the Palm. Groundbreaking was announced in June 2022.

Omniyat lists 24 storeys and 17 homes: 16 residences and a Sky Palace spread over four floors. The developer describes one residence per floor and lists four-bedroom simplex and duplex units and a five-bedroom Sky Palace, each home with a terrace and private pool. Omniyat's 2022 releases gave the height as up to 125 m. The interiors are by Portia Fox Design. According to Design Middle East, the tower uses a steel structure instead of concrete, which allows thinner columns and cantilevered terraces.

Design Middle East reported in September 2023 that the construction contract had been awarded to Innovo Build; Innovo lists itself as responsible for construction, procurement and MEP works. In April 2026 Omniyat said the structure had topped out and the final stages of construction were under way; its project page gives 2026 as the planned completion. Like One at Palm Jumeirah, the building is to be serviced by Dorchester Collection.
