Anwa by Omniyat
Anwa is a residential tower developed by Omniyat in Dubai Maritime City. Omniyat announced the project in December 2014 as a 48-storey tower with retail space and put units on sale that month; MEED reported it would be the first residential and retail development in the area, and Omniyat describes it as the first tower in the new Dubai Maritime City.
At the launch, MEED reported that Kele would build the project, with Al-Ghurair Contracting & Engineering as specialist contractor for enabling and piling work. Omniyat lists 229 residences and 4 retail units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom duplex penthouses at the top of the tower.
