ORLA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai
ORLA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai is a residential project by Omniyat on a 29,000 m² beachfront plot at the apex of the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. It was launched in November 2022. Foster + Partners designed the staggered towers, which the developer describes as three interconnected structures; interiors are by YODEZEEN, the landscape architect is ZED Collective, and a separate beach mansion on the site is designed by SAOTA. Dorchester Collection manages the property and its resident amenities.
The developer lists two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, super penthouses, a sky palace and the mansion. Amenities on the developer's list include a resident-only beach club with an infinity pool, a private cinema, a cigar lounge, a wellness spa, an indoor lap pool and fitness studios.
Omniyat broke ground in April 2023. Innovo Build LLC was appointed main contractor, and main works began in early 2024; at that point the developer gave Q2 2026 as the projected completion. In January 2026 Omniyat reported that ORLA was approaching top-out. In a construction update in 2026 the developer reported façade and MEP works at level 13 and said it planned to obtain the building completion certificate by early 2027. Completion has not been confirmed.
