The Alba Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai

The Alba is a mixed-use development by Omniyat on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, combining a hotel and branded residences. It is designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and managed by Dorchester Collection; landscaping is by Vladimir Djurovic and the hotel interiors are by Gilles & Boissier. Omniyat unveiled the project in September 2024 at an event at the Yacht Club de Monaco during the Monaco Yacht Show.

The developer lists simplex residences with two to four bedrooms, three- and four-bedroom duplexes and six-bedroom super penthouses, with private pools in select residences. The hotel has 79 keys according to the developer; Dorchester Collection announced it as its second hotel in Dubai, due to open in 2028. The developer's project page gives Q3 2028 as the planned completion. In November 2025 Omniyat announced the appointment of Innovo Build LLC as main contractor and reported that the project was moving from groundwork into vertical construction.

Amenities listed by the developer include a private beach, a branded wellness centre with treatment rooms, swimming and vitality pools, concierge and valet services. The project is designed to target the highest level of WELL certification.
