LUMENA ALTA
LUMENA ALTA is a tower developed by Omniyat at the gateway to Business Bay, on Sheikh Zayed Road where Business Bay meets Downtown Dubai. It stands next to LUMENA by OMNIYAT, a separate building. Omniyat launched LUMENA ALTA in October 2025.
The developer gives the tower a height of 380 m and 73 storeys, 45 of them office levels, and describes it as combining commercial, hospitality and lifestyle space. Launch coverage reports more than 720,000 sq ft of office space, a five-star hotel at the top of the tower, a ground-level podium with retail and dining, a sky pool planned at 335 m and 1,000 parking spaces, and says the project targets LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum certification.
Omniyat gives 2030 as the planned completion year (developer, announced 2025).
