The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection
The Lana Residences is the residential part of The Lana, an Omniyat development on Marasi Bay Marina in Business Bay. The scheme consists of two linked towers, one holding a Dorchester Collection hotel with 225 rooms and suites and the other the residences, which Dorchester Collection also manages. Omniyat commissioned the project in 2013; the brief was later changed to add the hotel.
The tower contains 39 apartments, among them 6 penthouses on the top three floors, each with its own pool and terrace. The developer lists two-bedroom and four-bedroom simplex units, four-bedroom duplexes and four- to five-bedroom penthouses.
The architect is Foster + Partners, with BSBG as collaborating architect; the interiors are by the Paris studio Gilles & Boissier. The Lana held its official opening in April 2024, and Omniyat has begun handing over the residences.
