Pricing: 2BR from 22M AED, 3BR from 35M, penthouses from 70M. The object sold out by 2024 — pre-handover inventory went in 18 months.

OMNIYAT · 2022 STRATEGY

Lana Residences was announced as the first of two Omniyat-Dorchester projects — a pilot testing market interest in Dorchester branded residences. The small unit count (39) minimised risk: if sales lagged, strategy could be corrected for the second (larger) project, Vela Viento.

02Launch & sell-out2022 — 2024 · LAUNCH

Sales launched Q4 2022 with starting prices from 22M AED. By Q2 2024, the object was fully sold — in 18 months. The fastest sell-out among Dubai's ultra-luxury projects. Based on this, Omniyat scaled up the second project (Vela Viento — 70 units instead of the originally planned 50).
