Lana Residences is a boutique Omniyat residence in Business Bay by Dubai Canal, with handover planned for 2026. Operated by Dorchester Collection — Omniyat's first of two Dorchester projects in Dubai (the second is Vela Viento, larger, handover 2027).

Pricing: 2BR from 22M AED, 3BR from 35M, penthouses from 70M. The object sold out by 2024 — pre-handover inventory went in 18 months.

Lana Residences was announced as the first of two Omniyat-Dorchester projects — a pilot testing market interest in Dorchester branded residences. The small unit count (39) minimised risk: if sales lagged, strategy could be corrected for the second (larger) project, Vela Viento.
Sales launched Q4 2022 with starting prices from 22M AED. By Q2 2024, the object was fully sold — in 18 months. The fastest sell-out among Dubai's ultra-luxury projects. Based on this, Omniyat scaled up the second project (Vela Viento — 70 units instead of the originally planned 50).
Construction began in 2023. Progress at our database snapshot — around 60%. Expected handover — 2026. Post-completion, Lana will become a model of 'extreme exclusivity' branded residence for the Dubai market — a pattern now repeated at Vela Viento and other projects.
