One at Palm Jumeirah

One at Palm Jumeirah is a residential building by Omniyat on Palm Jumeirah. The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat lists it under the official name One Palm, with a height of 100 m and 25 floors; the architect is SOMA Architects and the main contractor Brookfield Multiplex. CTBUH gives 2020 as the completion year, while Omniyat states completion in 2021. Gulf News reported the project complete in February 2022.

The building holds 94 homes: 91 residences and 3 penthouses. Omniyat lists three- and four-bedroom simplex apartments, three- to four-bedroom double-height duplexes and six-bedroom penthouses on two levels. The interiors of the residences were designed by the London studio Elicyon and the lobby and public areas by the Japanese firm Super Potato; the landscape architect is Vladimir Djurovic.

The residences are serviced by Dorchester Collection, which Hospitality Design described as the group's first property in the Middle East. Omniyat lists private beach access, an outdoor pool, an indoor vitality pool, a spa, a sauna and a private cinema, along with concierge, valet, doorman and in-residence dining services.
