Dubai Hills Estate

Dubai Hills Estate is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas covering more than 11 million m² (2,700 acres). It lies at the junction of Umm Suqeim Road and Al Khail Road and was described at its announcement as the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The plan is built around an 18-hole championship golf course and includes residences, retail, schools, healthcare facilities and parks. The Dubai Hills Golf Club course, designed by European Golf Design, covers 119 hectares; Emaar announced the completion of its construction in September 2018. Emaar describes Dubai Hills Park as a public space of 180,000 m². Dubai Hills Mall, developed by Emaar, opened inside the estate in 2022 with about 2 million sq ft of retail and leisure space. According to Emaar, the community also contains King's College Hospital and GEMS Wellington Academy.
