Ellington House II is a residential building by Ellington Properties in Dubai Hills Estate and the developer's second residential project in the community, after Ellington House. The developer describes multifamily apartments overlooking Dubai Hills Golf Course, with spacious balconies.
In October 2025 Ellington Properties reported that Ellington House II, together with Ellington House III and IV, had been launched and was under construction. In May 2026 the developer announced that handover of Ellington House II had begun, following the earlier completion of Ellington House; Middle East Construction News reported the same.
The developer lists amenities including a leisure and lounge pool, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, an activity garden, a clubhouse lounge with a library, a kids' clubhouse, a mini-putt course, a barbecue area and a yoga area.
