Ellington House IV

Ellington House IV is a residential building by Ellington Properties in Dubai Hills Estate. According to the developer, its apartments overlook Dubai Hills Golf Course and the city skyline, and the design follows a minimalist approach with a bright colour palette. It is a separate project from Ellington House, the developer's first building in the community.
In October 2025 Ellington Properties reported that it had launched Ellington House II, III and IV and that they were under construction. In May 2026, when the developer began handing over Ellington House II, it stated that construction of Ellington House III and IV was continuing.
The developer lists amenities including a leisure and lounge pool, a shaded children's pool and play area, a fitness studio, a clubhouse, golf lockers with a golf wash area, a dog wash area and an EV charging station.
