Ellington House is a residential building by Ellington Properties in Dubai Hills Estate and the developer's first project in the community. It has 12 storeys and 150 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with views over Dubai Hills Golf Course.
In November 2022 Ellington Properties awarded the construction contract to Al Ashram Contracting, which it had previously worked with on Harrington House in Jumeirah Village Circle. In October 2025 the developer reported that handover of the building was in progress, and in May 2026 it described Ellington House as completed. By October 2025 the developer had also launched Ellington House II, III and IV as separate projects.
The developer lists amenities including a leisure and lap pool, a children's pool, indoor and outdoor fitness studios, a clubhouse, a kids' clubhouse and a mini-putt area. According to the developer, the project won Best Kitchen Design, Best Residential Interior Show Home and Best Bathroom Design at the 2023–2024 International Property Awards.
