Acacia at Park Heights is an apartment project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Hills Estate; Emaar's own project page uses the short name Acacia. The developer lists apartments with one to three bedrooms overlooking Dubai Hills Park, with a health club and a swimming pool among the listed amenities.
At its launch in February 2015 the project was reported to comprise 479 residences with one, two and three bedrooms. The sales launch took place on 28 February 2015, simultaneously in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Karachi and London. Dubai Hills Estate, the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, is a joint venture of Emaar and Meraas Holding.
In July 2016 Khaleej Times reported that Emaar had released around 147 one- to three-bedroom apartments in Acacia, a mid-rise residential tower, with delivery to owners planned for 2018 (developer's plan as reported in 2016). No developer or news source found by this registry confirms completion or handover.
