Park Heights is an apartment project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Hills Estate; Emaar's project page lists it as Park Heights – I. According to Emaar, it offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of 60 to 150 m² that overlook Dubai Hills Boulevard, with views towards Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Emaar lists a community centre, a community park, an infinity-edge pool and a gym, and also mentions temperature-controlled children's pools, children's play areas and shared multipurpose rooms.
Shapoorji Pallonji International (SP International) lists Park Heights I & II in Dubai Hills Estate among its completed projects, describing apartments and an office building over a podium with basement parking.
The Park Heights name is also carried by two other Emaar projects in Dubai Hills Estate, Mulberry at Park Heights and Acacia at Park Heights; Acacia was launched for sale in February 2015, after Mulberry.
