Ellington House III is a residential apartment project by Ellington Properties in Dubai Hills Estate. In October 2025 the developer reported that, following its first building there, Ellington House, it had launched Ellington House 2, 3 and 4, all of which were under construction. In May 2026, when handover of Ellington House II began, the developer said construction of Ellington House III and IV was continuing.
The developer lists amenities including a lobby and lounge area, a leisure and lap pool, a shaded children's pool, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, a fitness studio, a clubhouse, a games table zone, a barbecue area, and golf lockers with a golf wash area.
