In 2013 Emaar and Meraas announced Dubai Hills Estate — a family-district masterplan over 11 million m². The main element became an 18-hole golf course and Dubai Hills Park — the district's largest park (180,000 m²). Park Point was announced as one of the first residence objects with direct park access.

02Construction2016 — 2018 · CONSTRUCTION

Construction ran 2016–2018. Layout philosophy targets families: more 3-bedroom units than 1-bedroom, emphasis on storage, balconies for outdoor dining. By delivery, around 90% of units had been sold — a high figure for a new district.
