Park Point is a residential project by Emaar Properties in Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar's project page lists apartments and duplexes with one to three bedrooms, with a swimming pool and a gym among the amenities.
In October 2016 MEED reported that Emaar planned Park Point as a mid-rise residential tower with retail space, with completion planned for 2019 (developer's plan as reported in 2016). Dubai Hills Estate, where the project sits, is developed jointly by Emaar Properties and Meraas, according to the same report.
