Binghatti Developers

Binghatti is a Dubai real estate developer. According to the company, Dr. Hussain BinGhatti founded it in 2008 and named it after his late father, Ghatti Bin Ghaeb. Forbes Middle East lists Binghatti Developers as an entity of Binghatti Holding, established in 2008. Muhammad BinGhatti was described as the company's CEO in news reports from 2022 to 2024; the company's website and Forbes Middle East now list him as chairman.

In November 2022 Gulf News reported Binghatti's plan, with the jeweller and watchmaker Jacob & Co, for Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Business Bay, a tower the developer aimed to make the world's tallest residential building. In May 2023 Bugatti unveiled Bugatti Residences in Business Bay, developed in partnership with Binghatti and described as the first Bugatti Residences project in Dubai. In January 2024 Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz revealed Mercedes-Benz Places, a residential tower in Downtown Dubai.

Forbes Middle East also names Binghatti Crescent, Binghatti Nova and Binghatti Avenue among the developer's projects, reports that the company completed the Binghatti Creek tower in March 2023,, and lists Business Bay, Al Jaddaf, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Jumeirah Village Circle and Liwan among the areas where it builds.
