Binghatti is a private developer founded by brothers Muhammad and Hussain Bin Ghatti in 2008. From 2022 the company surged into Dubai's top tier with a series of branded towers in Business Bay: Bugatti Residences, Mercedes-Benz Places, Jacob & Co Residences. The signature architectural motif is the 'droplet' facade element. Today it is one of the most active developers in terms of new launches, with over 60 projects in the portfolio.
